Where contact-form information goes

Contact-form submissions are stored in the protected WordPress administration area, recorded in Google Sheets, sent to HubSpot CRM to manage prospective client relationships, and delivered by email through Google Workspace. These service providers process information on behalf of Innovative Learning Design under their respective privacy and security terms. Form notifications are sent to contact@innovativeld.net.

Service providers and disclosure

The website uses service providers for hosting, website operation, form processing, security, and email delivery. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services. Innovative Learning Design does not sell contact-form information.
